Shipping & ReturnsDeliveryYour new glasses will be delivered to you via Royal Mail.Packages with contents up to £50 will be sent Standard Royal Mail. Where possible we will send your glasses in a package small enough to go through your letterbox. This is cost effective for us and convenient for you as you will not need to be in when they are delivered. Packages with contents over £50 will be sent Royal Mail Recorded First class and will require a signature on delivery. If this isn't convenient then let us know, although we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post when we have been instructed to use regular mail. Your order will normally be with you between 5-10 working days from placement, however due to the complexities of certain lens and coating combinations please allow up to 28 days. If your order is time sensitive please advise us in the extra comments part of the order process. We will go to every length possible to deliver in time, or alternatively advise you if it not possible. If you have any queries or concerns prior to placing an order please contact us via the contact us feature on this site.
