In short, you can order from One Stop Glasses if:
- You are over 16 of age.
- You have a prescription within 2 years or within the interval advised by your optician.
- You are NOT registered blind or partially sighted.
Your purchase will be covered by any statutory rights you have as a consumer as well as our additional 14 day, no quibble exchange promise. If you buy glasses from us and aren't happy with your choice, simply return them and choose something more suitable.

A contract will not exist between One Stop Glasses and a customer until an order has been accepted.Orders are placed on our system as pending and should not be considered accepted until marked in progress.
While we attempt to ensure that all product descriptions on our site are up to date, minor variations are possible due to changes on the part of our suppliers.
All goods are offered subject to availability.
Persons ordering must be over the age of 16, and must be ordering goods for wear by those over the age of 16. One Stop Glasses by law cannot supply spectacles for wear by those under the age of 16.
Persons ordering must not be registered blind or partially sighted. One Stop Glasses by law cannot supply spectacles to those registered blind or partially sighted. The details we request to complete your order must be supplied from a prescription under 2 yrs old, and one that has been issued by an ophthalmic medical practitioner, ophthalmologist, optometrist, ophthalmic optician or another body authorised as such.
In order to process your order accurately One Stop Glasses require that your prescription is accompanied by a pupillary distance or PD. The customer may select that we use an 'average' value of 63 but do so at their own discretion and against what we would advise.
Goods should be inspected on receipt for loss or damage. In such cases the goods should not be used and One Stop Glasses should be informed as soon as possible.
Goods will be supplied with an invoice detailing the prescription. This should be checked before the spectacles are worn. If there is any discrepancy between this and the prescription ordered then One Stop Glasses should be informed as soon as possible and the goods should not be used.
The stated price of the goods both on the site and on your invoice includes any VAT. If you require an invoice separately detailing the VAT element of your oreder please contact us.
Because One Stop Glasses are supplying a custom made product, payment will be taken upon acceptance of the order, but only if we are in a position to progress with the order.
Goods are supplied with a 12-month guarantee against defects in quality or workmanship. Goods will not be replaced where signs of mishandling are obvious. Liability arising from goods supplied by One Stop Glasses will not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
The automated email invoice from One Stop Glasses is not a VAT invoice
