These measurements refer to the various frame dimensions as in the diagrams.
Our sizing guide shows you the lens width and bridge size as well as the lens depth and the 'overall' size, which is the inside distance between the arms at the temples.
Sides/arms are measured from the frame front to the end of the tip. Our spectacle frames are designed to fit a wide range of wearers with only minor adjustment and will have a total arm length of between 135mm and 140mm.
Tips for choosing the correct size
Take a pair of comfortable glasses and with a ruler measure the distance inbetween the arms, approximately 2.5cm or 1 inch from the front of the frame, as in the above picture. All our glasses are described with an overall size, make your selection based on this measurement.
